Refund & Cancellation

1.2. In the event of cancellation before the service has commenced, any fees paid will be refunded, excluding any non-refundable deposits or expenses already incurred by Rishi Digital.
1.3. If cancellation occurs after the service has begun, you will be responsible for any charges incurred up to the date of cancellation.
Refunds:
2.1. Rishi Digital will provide refunds in accordance with the following conditions:
- If Rishi Digital fails to deliver the agreed-upon service as outlined in the contract, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds will not be granted for services already provided, unless there is a proven failure on our part to meet the agreed-upon objectives.
- Rishi Digital reserves the right to assess the validity of any refund request and make a fair determination based on the circumstances.
